Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GrowthAuction.com, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent subscription experience. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, we do not issue refunds for the current or any prior billing period. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at support@growthauction.com with your account/subscription details.

Cancellation requests are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the date we receive your request. If you send a postal cancellation request, please allow additional processing time.

3. Examples for Clarity

Example 1 – Monthly Subscription Cancellation: If we process a cancellation on July 7th for a subscription billed on July 1st, you will continue to have access until July 31st. No refund will be issued for any portion of the July fee.

Example 2 – Annual Subscription Cancellation: If we process a cancellation on September 15th for a subscription that started on June 1st, you will have access until May 31st of the following year. No refund will be issued for any portion of the annual fee.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payment charged in error
  • Payment charged after a confirmed cancellation request before the renewal date

For such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of the payment date.
